My car received its third service. The agents at reception were extremely helpful and courteous. The procedure was explained thoroughly beforehand. I received an update on progress by email and was informed promptly when the car was ready for collection. Authorisation was requested before replacing parts that would cost extra and on collection of the car a thorough explanation was given of what adjustments had been made and I received advice on how to maintain good care of the car. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the service from booking the car in to collecting it. Thanks to all involved.
