The vehicle is then washed and desalted chassis, and internals flushed. 3. Drying process. 4. masking for paint protection . 5. A transparent heat-resistant clear wax coating is then applied. 6. all cavities' sills and chassis are then injected with an active wax. 7. reassembly of vehicle . 8.vehicle is then treated to a snow foam wash. Rust treatment 1. Removing bumpers,winglinners, plastics, belly pans, washer bottle,exhaust, heat shields,side steps and brackets,fuel tank, and spare wheel. 2. The vehicle is then washed and desalted chassis, and internals flushed. 3. Drying process. 4. Media blasted. 5. masking for paint protection . 6. Rust neutraliser applied x2. 7. 2k primed. 8. Reseem sealing where it's required 9.under sealant applied with anti corrosion and salt repellant. 10. Reassembly of vehicle along with new clips fixings and retainers. 11.vehicle is then treated to a snow foam wash. 3 years warranty applies life span will determine on condition of vehicle.
