I bought a used Mercedes from here and my experience was exceptional with sales and after sales service. The staff is so easy to deal with and very welcoming. The car had some warning light before the sale was closed and they went above and beyond to fix it after closing the sale. I had a second thought after buying my car but Robert from Sales and Liam/Robbie from services did what true gentlemen would do to make it up for me. I would definitely go back there for my next car.

I had a very positive experience with Brendan, he went above and beyond to make this sale as great as possible for me. The car I liked had few minor observations, and every single one of them were fixed. I highly recommend this dealership. Update: my recently purchased car required new break pads, while I asked for it before purchase, they notified me that the breaks are fairly new, so I didn't comment further until I start hearing them squeak. I reached out to Brendan and he offered to come over and collect the car, but I suggested that I could just visit the garage and get them replaced. I arrived to drop off the car but was hoping to get the break pads replaced while I am there so I could take the car back ASAP. Meanwhile, I needed to make some work calls and the waiting area wasn't suitable for that, the customer service representative offered me one of the managers office to do that call (not a usual offer!) , and I accepted. Break pads replaced in short time, car washed, and had my work calls done. All I can say is thank you to Brendan and the whole M Moore dealership. Happy customer here :)
