Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant.

Cannot praise Al Hayes and his team enough. From the minute I arrived on Saturday I was greeted with such professionalism & kindness and I left feeling confident that my needs had been listened to. They spent so much time with me from test drive to explaining all new info I needed with the car. I won’t shop anywhere else going forward

From booking a service or getting other types of work done at Al Hayes, I would highly recommend them. Their customer service team are always helpful, knowledgeable, and professional to deal with. Yes, I recently had my transporter serviced and also had warranty work done. I can't say enough about the team of mechanics and John. The work is always carried out to the highest of standards.
