Great service as always. Went in for a service. Completed super quickly with no surprises. The one thing I always notice in Connollys is how friendly everyone is. All the staff take the time to acknowledge you. Very different to other main dealers I have encountered where unless you are buying a new car you are merely an inconvenience. Everyone is made to feel welcome and valued here.

Fabulous showrooms, with very friendly staff. But I only gave three stars due to one issue. Its not really anything bad,  I was getting my 131 Audi serviced and it took 2 hours. I waited in the showroom looking at some beautiful cars and for the full two hours no sales man/woman came near me. I'm not in the market for buying just yet, but a good sales person would slowly plant the idea in my head, like a test drive or just a chat about cars in general, and then work there magic from there.

5 hours to get trailer socket fitted ,to find out after I paid 113 it wasn't changed,finally got away my auto window not working ,and today break lights on new socket not working,made contact with connollys ,but all I got was empty apology, so to sum up when I bought my van new ,it was registered to same name but different address, one wheel flaking ,which was suggested I was using wrong car cleaner ,Halford is where I get my bits, heated mirror a few month's later not heating up ,they said it was ,so finally warranty was out I mentioned mirror again and they said I needed a mirror replacement  I had to pay as they had no record of my complaint ...so my question how much of a service is getting done as we are taking their word for it ,lucky I could see my socket wasn't done ,,before you spend good money in connollys do your homework talk to other people that has done business with this lot ,we are done with them

Manager Julias just terrible communication with me as a client. Raises his voice when addressing and answers questions arrogantly
