2012 Ford Galaxy TitaniumX automatic gearbox issue

"Transmission limited function" error code on the dash. Car sometimes shifts fine, but sometimes go into limp mode with this error. Solenoid or shift fork gets stuck. Gearbox flush/service or rebuild needed. Mileage is slightly less than 229000 km or 142000 miles. 1.9 TDCI 161 hp model. This is a high spec model with 17" alloys, leather seats, panoramic roof, keyless entry, removable tow bar etc. It has always been serviced and engine runs perfect. I imported it from England when it was 1 year old. Last big service February 2025 including new brake pads. Front tyres like new, rear ok (will pass NCT). Stamped service logbook. It is a nice and practical car once the gearbox issue has been fixed. Taxed until end of June 2025. NCT has expired. Logbook in my name.
