I’m extremely happy to have done business with this salvage company, everything about them is excellent, the yard is spotless, easy to negotiate the yard to view the stock, all the information posted in regards to each car and its condition is exactly right, the staff are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this salvage yard. I initially placed a €500 deposit for a BMW 330e but soon found myself in an unexpected financial crisis due to my wife’s surgery. When I reached out to request even a partial refund, explaining my difficult situation, I was met with a complete lack of empathy. Their employee flat-out told me there was no chance of a refund, leaving me no option but to transfer the deposit to another vehicle just to avoid losing my money entirely.

After doing some research, I realized that the car I was forced into wasn’t a viable option either due to high road tax and resale difficulties. I reached out again, explaining that I was facing serious financial strain, including having to move houses, and that even a partial refund would help my family tremendously. Once again, they showed zero flexibility or understanding.

This company clearly cares more about keeping deposits than about treating customers with basic decency. Policies aside, a good business considers its customers' circumstances and tries to work with them. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them. If you put down a deposit, just know that you’ll never see that money again, no matter what happens.

This company is crazy.. they ask  prices for damaged card more then if you buy them not damaged!
