I rang to book in my car for a service I was speaking to Stephanie the service manager she was very friendly on the phone and gave me an appointment for the next day! When I came in for my appointment I met Stephanie and she was so kind offered me tea/coffee and a room to work she listened to all my concerns. She went through the invoice and a vehicle check with no issues,all my concerns were dealt with and I wasn't waiting too long either. I will definitely be back 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Cannot praise Al Hayes and his team enough. From the minute I arrived on Saturday I was greeted with such professionalism & kindness and I left feeling confident that my needs had been listened to. They spent so much time with me from test drive to explaining all new info I needed with the car. I won’t shop anywhere else going forward

Got some work done on my car recently at Al Hayes. There were some delays getting parts due to the Holyhead Ferry issue but all was dealt with very professionally and efficiently by Steph. Excellent service.

My experience with al hayes motors today was exceptional to say the least .
Stephanie the service lady was so pleasent and accomadating to me at all times during my two day keeping me up to date on progress with car .
