I came here to trade in a vehicle, Anshuman was the salesman who walked me through the deal he was a great help. They are frauds, don't go there. On September 30th 2024, I went there to see cars and get quotations, but the sales representative told me that you can make a down to book the car if you change your mind you can cancel the deal anytime within 7 days with a 100% full refund of your down. Trusting his words I made a down payment and proceeded with my file and for a finance enquiry for a white used 2020 Nissan Murano SV AWD. But they didn't give me any contract paper, when I asked for it, they said at the time of handling over the car we will provide it to you. But on the very next day I dropped my plan and went to them and signed a cancellation form. They didn't even give the copy of it even after asking for that too. They said our team will call you. On Oct. 3rd they asked me to meet with them, when I met with them, they told me we won't refund a single penny to you. "Nothing is free in Canada, we put our time to you, and it takes some charges for the processing" one of the managers named Rehan said to me. There is another finance manager (Lavana Chitkara), don't believe on his buttery words, he will thug all your money otherwise. When I put a complaint against them on the associations, then they refunded my $1000 after 1 month, which is totally illegal. They are doing totally illegal business. Don't believe in Instagram promotions, they do paid promotions. They're truly crooks and thugs, I'll recommend not to go there.
