I recently purchased an Audi A3 from Automart and, unfortunately, encountered issues with the gearbox soon after. However, the way the Automart Team handled everything was beyond impressive and turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth experience. Their communication was exceptional; they quickly arranged a call with my warranty insurance company, who guided me to the best garage for repairs.

While the initial repair cost came much higher than expected, Automart assured me not to worry, covering the additional expenses themselves. They were fully engaged throughout, consistently checking in with the garage, arranging for car collection, and even providing me with a substitute vehicle during the repair period.

Unfortunately, the gearbox issue reappeared as soon as I picked up the car. But, without hesitation, the Automart Team stepped in again, retrieving the car and offering me another replacement vehicle to minimize any inconvenience. They even proposed a permanent car exchange if I had lost trust in the original Audi, which I ultimately decided was the best option for peace of mind.
