I bought a used 2017 Jaguar from Mick at Blanch Auto Leaders.  He was good to deal with and took my many calls as we were putting a deal together on it.  They let me take the car on a 24 hour test drive which also allowed me to get the car looked at independently.  Traded in my old car against the value of the new used car and overall I was happy with the deal that I got from the guys.  I picked the car up and it was spotless.

I have now had the car for a month and overall I am happy with the car and the service and would use them again

**UPDATE**

Went back to the guys with a couple of small niggles that I wanted looking at as part of the warranty.  These were seen to by a local garage and fixed with no questions asked.  Also gave me a courtesy car whilst the repairs were carried out

Amazing customer service, nothing is too much trouble for them, from finding the right car for me, to post purchase questions I’ve had, the guys really helped me out and I would definitely recommend, will be coming back for a upgrade in the near future.

A family member of mine went to view a BMW 1 Series from this dealer.
On arrival, and in the ad, they were told the car was serviced, inspected and ready to be purchased. We organised for myself to bring the car to my workshop for a pre purchase inspection before buying. When I picked the car up, I, again was told, the car is ready to go, fully serviced etc, and all that will have to be done the next day is sign the paperwork and drive away in the car.
On my own inspection, I found the timing chain to be rattling, the turbo (which was new) to be whining very badly, the rear brake pads were metal on metal, the car was not serviced since July last year, the right hand front tyre was Illegal and Dangerous (below 1.6mm), and the various computers in the car were full of faults when a diagnostic test was carried out.
When I contacted the dealer again to ask is the car serviced, he said it was serviced recently. But when I read out the list of issues with the car, the story changed to "the car won't be serviced or inspected until a deposit is taken", but yet we were told that the next day we would purchase and drive away in the car?

This is not a case of miscommunication, 3 times were told the car is fully serviced and ready to go, and all of a sudden when inspected, the story changes.
I understand cars can sit for months waiting to be purchased and then they get serviced when there is interest in the car, but what is the need to lie about it being ready to go? And then change the story, or blame it on miscommunication  when you get caught out?
Very unprofessional to sell a car like that to someone and it dangerous to be on the road.
**DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS PRE INSPECTED BY YOUR OWN MECHANIC**

Bought my car last year. Since I bought it I have had to get my car towed 3 times. A week after I received the car I needed to get new brake pads and a month later a new clutch. I was told if I had any issues I could get it repaired in my county and they would cover it. When I called them I was told I would have to bring it up to them in Dublin for them to cover it. Not a single good thing to say about this place. Shame on you. This car has cost me double the price I paid in repairs

Also I was told the car was in a minor accident and that only outer body was damaged but found out from mechanic after that there is serious damage underneath

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I had arranged with Mick to view a car 4 days ago, we spoke several times. I took a day off work, drove from the far side of Longford to go see it. I was met by Figo. I pointed out that the wheels wernt in great condition and he got thick about it. Took it for a drive and it was pulling to the left which i mentioned again he got mad, i said apart from that it was a fine car and i wanted to take it. If your business is failing, Figo is your reason. He is not a sales man. Rude isn't even the word. I offered cash, no counter offer. I offered again, higher and he said no, "car not for sale"!. Price is on it. No bargain. When I asked why not for sale he said because I'm not a nice person!!! Car advertised for €16900 and I offered 16k cash today but he wouldn't take it. Why? Screams dodge. Avoid at all costs!!!!

*edit* i did offer 16k actually, after i offered 15k and 15.5k, he never even rried to haggle and I was rudely dismissed several times. You weren't even there. Every 2nd hand car has wiggle room, especially one that had been crashed and has a bad drift on it! I got a beautiful qashqai in my local garage better spec, un-crashed, newer,  same price AND I got money off it! WOW! Delighted actually that I was turned away, best of luck selling a crashed car with a horrible sales man who shouted slurs at me and my pensioner father before we said anything, again, you wernt there. Read the reviews people, dodgy crashed cars with absolutely disgusting customer service. Figo was rude coming out the gate, mocking me for looking under the car. I had every right to check the repairs of a previously crashed vehicle.
