Excellent experience with Sean & Alan at Bloomfield Motors. Very responsive to online query and that service level continued right through to trade in of Audi S3 and collecting the BMW M4. These lads know their cars and are prepared to do a deal. Tye M4 is immaculate with a final detailing today prior to pick up. Couldn't recommend enough! Had the pleasure of dealing with Sean. He was eager to arrange a test drive and get me into the car ASAP. Shortly after made the deal and was away in the car in a couple days. Finance arranged and easily handled by Sean,  he's a true professional, car enthusiast and really passionate about providing a quality service.

Car is pristine, full tank of fuel, full 2 year nct, full valet, fresh tyres and a full service. What more can you ask for?

Slight issue with a headlight having condensation and affected the led. Mentioned to Sean and without hesitation it was ordered via warranty and getting replaced via their amazing service center that looks brand new!

Bought a BMW with Bloomfield dealing with Sean, found him very easy to get a hold of and very good communication from him answering any questions I had and was overall satisfied with the buying experience. I'm confident in the car and sure they will stand behind it if anything major was to occur. Offered me a fair price for my trade in also.

Bought my first car at Bloomfield Garage, a 2015 Polo. Sean was very easy to deal with throughout the process, his communication was brilliant and I really appreciated the transparency the whole way through, in particular relating to some minor issues that were resolved before they put the car through the NCT. It was also very easy to get hold of Sean even after the purchase, which I appreciate.

Really enjoying the car so far and am confident that if any issues were to occur that they would sort it ASAP. The sorting of a carplay unit for the car and a paid for uber to the dealership to collect the car were a nice touches.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Bloomfield Garage and Sean for anyone looking to purchase a car and can definitely see myself coming back in the future for my next car.

I cannot speak highly enough of Alan and Dylan … expertise and customer service that is hard to find these days and resolved what I thought was a complicated electrical problem with my Jaguar within 1/2 x day at price well below a main dealer! Thank you !
