I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

New car collected didn’t have some features that I was under the impression it would have. I accepted this and was waiting for them to drive the car out of the show room to go home, the sales rep struggled to get the car started, once he did and got the car out of the showroom he was handing over the keys without acknowledging that the car struggled to start, I had to ask about it. He said it was the battery which I accepted. Upon driving home the car cut out on a busy main road, I had to roll off to the side of a roundabout only to find out they had forgotten to put any diesel in the car. As a 5 month pregnant woman this was quite nerve wrecking. They came and put diesel in the car. The car then was showing engine lights and issues. The dealership agreed to get me another car that had the features I initially wanted but at a cost. They proceeded to haggle with me over this. They said the car with the new features would be ready by 4pm the next day, I arrived to collect it and it wasn’t ready until 6pm. Upon diving it for the first time it had 3 issues with it (tire pressure gauge, steering, driving assistance) so I had to bring it to the garage 3 days later when they could check it. They said an hour, came back an hour later and the car was in the same spot and hadn’t been checked, had to wait in the dealership another hour.
