Very disappointing aftersales service.
I purchased a C class Mercedes in May, the NCT was not done so Conor told me to book it in my local centre and I would be reimbursed. A few weeks after I getting the car the air conditioning stopped working, again Conor told me to get it done in my local garage as this is not covered under the guarantee, again I was to be reimbursed.
Despite many messages to Conor and calls to the office I have not received any payment. This is  not about the money, it's the principle: when you say you will do something follow through and don't "ghost" the person.
I regret trading in my A6 for this car and dealing with this garage - never again.

Initially, I was quite impressed with their selection of used cars, however, my opinion quickly changed once I made contact with their sales personnel. I was assigned a "Junior" sales assistant (their phrase, not mine) and the knowledge displayed of their own stock and the value of my own car was very poor indeed. If the communication was this bad and slow during the sales negotiations, I'd hate to think what it would be like if I actually bought a car from them and it required rectifying. Suffice to say, I went elsewhere.
