Sent an online enquiry late Sunday night and first thing Monday morning, Oleg called with his van availability. Was driving the van within an hour and offered fast and prompt service when I went to the office. Van was clean and comfortable and did exactly want I needed it to. How does it take 3 weeks to sort an fuel problem on an ford focus ??? We'll call you don't call us ...... ??? Horrid bad service ... wont recomend ya to my dog....with this sevice how do ya possibly stay on a 4 star rating???? Makes one think????????

Dropped car in for a service at 8.30. I was told it would be finished by 3, when I got there car hadn't even been looked at.

Told it would take another hour. It took 2 and not even an apology. They seemed offended that I wasn't happy with the service.
