I recently bought a car from Cummins and it was a great experience thanks to Rory. He answered all of my questions in detail and explained Toyota perks which definitely helped me make the decision. He responded to my queries before and after the sale very promptly. He shared with me the car's history transparently. I can't think of a better experience.

Great service. The staff keep you up to date with what is needed to be done to your car before any work is commenced. Also,they follow up with a phone call to see if work is satisfactory, which is a service I never had at any other dealership even with new cars.

Amazing garage. Staff give 150% to their  customers. No request is too small or too big. We have had a lot of contact with the staff and each were so accommodating and helpful. I really can’t recommend enough that you visit and speak with them if you are seeking a car or require repairs. Ps the car we bought is also an amazing Yaris.

Bought a car from them second hand and so far dealing with them has been a pain.  I brought it in after a few months of owning it for a check engine light, I haven't driven it a lot so that was very odd.  After ages of trying to get into contact with them and spending 60 quid on an OBD scan to determine cause at a separate garage, they said they didn't do it in the dealership, I was able to get it repaired.  Fast forward to a month or two later same issue, sensor came on an had to pay 306 euro to get it replaced.  This is a car with around 12k miles on it, it shouldn't be having these issues.  Also the staff don't seem to know basic services provided every garage should be capable of doing an OBD scan.  Avoid Cummins if you want to get a good car it's not worth the hassle dealing with them.

I have 00 Corolla. It got break down 4 weeks ago. I Booked for the repair at this place. No doubt I was miss guided for the part which broke down. But they find out what was the problem. They called me few days after when I drop my car there asking for order the part and I said yes because I want to fix my car back as soon as they can. But took more few days and they called me to get the part from out side and been told it will be fix in one and half hours I gave them 3 and half hours. When I went in there to see any updates for my car , it was untouched.
I was very disappointed when had conversations with service manger he make me believe that he will get it done in an hour and he did.They charged me for that part as well which didn’t even fit in my car and been told it got damaged while fixing my car. Well that was not my mistake and don’t want go ahead with any conversation with them so I paid and got back home. Because my wife is pregnant I need to look after her. I got my car back after 2 weeks  from the day of booking and it broke down again next morning. Well all I want to say is they charged me too much to fix my car and I bought the part from any scrapyard by myself. I paid €650 for my car which is wasted.this was the worse experience I have ever had in my life. Really disappointed.
