I bought my new car 6 months prior. When I visited mount merrion, the car had only just arrived to the dealership and was available to test drive. Joe was super friendly and made my entire experience so seamless from initial viewing to handover. I knew I was in good hands upon chatting to a returning customer who had bought five cars from him in the past! All of my questions were answered and never was the sale pressed for from Joe’s end. On my handover, Joe even took the time to talk me through the advanced features and had the car looking immaculate. If it is the spec you’re after, I wouldn’t think twice about giving Joe a visit! I cannot explain how happy I am with my purchase!

Joe is an absolute gentleman and was on hand to promptly and professionally deal with all my queries and silly questions! Great service overall!

We recently bought a car from Joe in Deerpark. We had visited a few garages prior to this one. We immediately got a good feeling from Joe. He was totally up front. He gave impartial advice - even when it wasn't to his advantage. He explained things clearly. He facilitated our independent assessor - other garages were inclined to try to dodge this. We have the car 2 months now and no issues. We have had to get back in touch on a few admin issues and Joe is always easy to reach and helpful. Can't speak highly enough the service.

Car was not as advertised, definitely not as immaculate but this is not a big issue, it happens and I found Joe professional at first. However, they seem to be unable/unwilling to refund my reservation as per their own terms and conditions. Unresponsive to emails/text messages. Be aware of depositing a single EUR with them, not reliable. Save yourself the hassle to start a dispute with your bank.

I purchased a car on the 1st of July and and had to take it back to the garage within a couple of weeks as the a/c was not working.  Within another couple of weeks it stopped working again and also had trouble opening the petrol cap.  Since mid August I am still trying to get these issues fixed and Joe (the salesman) keeps fobbing me off with excuses and now wont return my calls.  I would never do business with Deerpark ever again and would strongly advise that you reconsider dealing with these people if you can avoid it.
