Absolutely amazing first car buying experience! Robert guided me through the process from start to finish and was very patient with all the hundred questions I had. I was away for holidays for a month and they kept the car safe and sound until I got back. They even delivered the car to me with half full tank of gas. Inside and outside were just perfect, the leather seats are polished and shiny its like a brand new car delivered to me. I recently bought a car from Robert at East Coast Cars.  Having made some wrong decisions in the past I was nervous about changing the car and worried that I'd be railroaded into something again that wasn't suitable for me however following a recommendation from a friend who had also purchased her car from East Coast Cars I decided to take a chance. Over Christmas I took a look at their website and I was immediately impressed with their selection of cars and prices.  As I prefer to deal with a person I sent a message to the number on the website and was very surprised to get a response within 24 hours given it was the Christmas period.

I dealt with Robert from the beginning and I couldn't have been happier with the level of attention and assistance from him.  He picked up on my hesitation and listened to my tales of woe from past experiences without trying to push me into anything. We arranged an appointment to view some options before New Year's.  On meeting Robert I was instantly put at ease and knew I had made a good decision.  Robert gave me excellent advice to get the best possible finance deal as well as trade in offer.  He put me at ease and didn't pressure me into anything, his advice led me to the ideal car for me and having picked it up earlier this week I can 100% say it is a stunner of a car, immaculate, sturdy, reliable and exactly right for me.

I have already recommended Robert at East Coast Cars to some friends and I will be dealing with them exclusively in the future.

They have the seal of approval from my teenage son also which is an endorsement all on it's own 😆.
