My Mini had a recall, from the start the lady Abigail had me booked in. Very professional, very helpful. James rang me on the day and told me another problem connected to the recall needed fixing. If I left the car there they could have the part ordered and put in the next morning. True to his word the car was ready the next day. Also the mechanic had a video linked to the email showing that soon other parts might need replacing in the future . When I went in to collect my car James just went through what was done and reassured me about the crank pulley that it was rusty and look into later on. James very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

I was most impressed with the level of service I received at Frank Keane motors this week. My car was there for a recall repair from BMW plus a mini service. The staff we are all extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. I received a very informative video via email from John the Mecanic updating me on the work carried out on my car. My car recently had its first service at Frank Keane.  Great service with attention to item I had mentioned. Staff are efficient and courteous and the car was ready when promised.

Spent half of my day buying a 2018 mini from Frank Keane motors. ( which was advertised on their website)  Organized the finance payments and transferred €1000 deposit to their account. Had a buyer for my own car on the same day too which was fantastic . Was delighted with my new #Mini which I shared with friends n family .
However…
The following day after receiving an email from Frank Keane to contact them I was surprised to hear that they had already sold the car over the previous weekend but it was not logged on their system !
Their finance department wasn’t aware of the sale.
The person who updates their cars on the website wasn’t aware of the sale.
The salesman who sold me the car wasn’t aware of the sale.
Incompetence all round.
I’m disappointed and angry to say the least. Still waiting on the return of my deposit .
