I recently purchased a car from Frank Keane Volkswagen Liffey valley and had an excellent experience. Dealt with salesman Stephen Dowling who was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth. Had one or two small items  which I felt needed attention and Stephen had these items addressed straight away. Also a mention to Toma the handover specialist who was very friendly, easy to deal with and ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend.

They were great when my car got a flat tyre on the road. They sent a rescue mechanic within an hour. Also booked my car the next day to replace it. The receptionists looked after in a professional manner trying to put me through my waiting hours as minimum as possible.

Frank Keane made the process of buying my new car stress free. it was my first time purchasing a brand-new car and if I were to do it again I would absolutely deal with Frank Keane Liffey Valley again… the staff were very kind and informative. John in particular made the process stress-free and was extremely helpful throughout each step.  He went above and beyond to help me build my car ….. on the day of collection a lady called Nicole helped me, she was lovely, she showed me around the car and helped answer any questions I had. 1 star is too high praise for this garage.

After buying an approved VW Golf. I am one year in and they have had possession of my car more than me.

After failing to get the car to standard on multiple occasions, I am left fighting with them through the SIMI trying to get them to buy back the car not even looking for all my money back as I am being more than fair in that there should be hurt felt on both sides.

Completely uncooperative staff, ignored on a constant basis and workshop unable to carry out work on my vehicle to the expected standard.

My first service as part of my service plan, their "technician" broke my oil filter housing.

The day after I bought the car I brought it back with a gearbox fault to pick it up weeks later with the front end secured by one thread of the bolts.

After completely losing faith in both car and dealership I ask to put a deal together of them buying the car back for a figure which ensures hurt on both ends as I'm not under the illusion I've not driven the car over the last year and management completely uncooperative with this.

Case is now with the SIMI and here's hoping we come to a solution and I am very upset that they have let this drag out as long as they have.
