Rang to book a service for my van, as I’d bought it private and not from Hugo Loonam. I was told They were not taking any new customers and couldn’t take my van to service it. What a statement to come out with!! I live only 20 mins from this so called garage and such a way to deal with a “potential” new customer. Stay well clear of this place !!!
