I would love to say that the recent visit to Joe Mallons was excellent. I have been driving other cars over the long 40 years of driving and I have to say Renault is the best car I have driven. Also the sales & services are excellent, I would buy my next Renault car from them, because they look after their customers not like other dealers. Well done & keep up the great work.

I do not recommend the Joe Mallon showroom, I trusted them when I bought a car with a 6-month warranty, I was promised such a warranty when I asked for details.  At the beginning of March, I reported a problem with the clutch, which was supposedly replaced due to the fact that there was no place to repair the car, my warranty was extended by 2 months, then by a month.  Today, when we took the car to be repaired, the lady informed us that the warranty had long expired and our warranty covered 6,000 km, not 6 months as promised.  I asked about the warranty several times, I was promised 6 months.  And the clutch was supposed to be replaced before I received the car.  Today I only received a repair estimate of EUR 2,400.  I am devastated by the approach to the customer.  Well, I have emails with the warranty extension.  Today I am looking for another Renault service.  I do not recommend and will not return to people who cheat customers in this way.  And the door was repaired at the service center, instead of replacing the cheap part, a plate was glued to it, which shouldn't even pass through such a service.
