The service provided was excellent! I found the staff very efficient. I was not booked in to get work done on my car, but I was fitted in by Breda Murphy, nonetheless! All of my dealings with the staff, in this instance, Breda and Christian was very positive.

When it comes to purchases and sales they’re great. Of course they are, they’re making money.
But once you need assistance in any way they become unhelpful. They seem to think customers can plan their breakdowns, as they NEVER have courtesy cars available, all cars have to be pre booked, but none are kept for emergency use.
We stay with them to make sure we don’t void our warranty but they provide no assistance. Been told by receptionist to basically go outside of warranty to be able to get any help quickly.
Their after sales service levels are a down right joke.
Also do not trust their call center when they ring you about needing a service. The prices they give you are never right and you ALWAYS end up charged at least €200 extra.
