I have dealt with Kirwins for several years now. They look after my Morgan for me. Peter is fantastic and knows the cars foibles inside  and out.

Very friendly staff the mechanic is very good and will do the job with as fair a price as possible. They also have a fantastic collection of cars to suit anyones tastes and budget.

Called about a car a couple of months old, messaged them through Done Deal a few days back, that was ignored, I followed up with a phone call  and spoke to a guy called Joe that seemed put out when I asked who I was speaking to, he took  my number and called it back to me and told me he would call me back, he didn’t.

Imagine dealing with them if the car developed a fault, I liked that car and was ready to move forward but I’m not interested in dealing with this low level customer service despite my liking for this model car.  I’ll find another where customer service is prioritized.
