Recently purchased a MK7 GTI from Lewis Motors. Alan and all the team were fantastic from start to finish in the whole process. From arriving on the lot and taking test drive to leaving with my new purchase. Beautiful car and excellent service all round. Would highly recommend. I messaged them on Instagram about a car they have in stock 3 weeks ago. They never replied to my query so I called them a few days later to enquire. Very uninterested in even speaking to me on the phone. I have an older model 3 and I'm interested in the new version they have available. They told me to send them pictures and details of my car so they could give me a trade in value as I'm over an hour drive away from their showroom. I sent 10 days ago and haven't heard anything since. Really disappointing that they treat potential customers like this. Imagine if you were a customer and had any kind of issue.
