Because of the good reviews we travelled a long way to get the car we wanted from this garage. Sales man was friendly and not pushy.
But after buying the car the problems  started before we'd even got home. It was one thing after another and the car was basically unusable for the first month. We ended up with a bill of around £1000, only half of which was covered by the warranty.
Mr Williams reluctantly said we could bring the vehicle back for his mechanic to look at. But this would have been a very long drive for us and as the car was supposed to have been thoroughly checked over before we bought it, we didn't have much faith in Mr Williams getting the work done to an acceptable standard. He did though reluctantly agree to make a small contribution towards the other parts needed. He was no longer friendly.
Our own mechanic who did the repair work felt that some of the problems had been covered up.
And then 6 months after purchase the clutch went, another big bill.
Would definitely not use this garage again.
