I have recently had my 2015 Passat serviced here.  Wes and his team did a great job.  I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and ability to get the project done very quickly. These guys are incredible!!  I have had several of my Porsche's serviced at MF Auto and they have never disappointed.  Today, I decided I was going to do a small repair on my Carrera.  I got half way through when I realized that there was a certain type of bolt I had never seen before.  I took the car over to my body shop guy who stated that it is a special fitment that only Porsche, VW, and Audi use.  He did not have the right tool either.  I decided to run over to MF Auto to see if I could order the tool.  When the service rep. saw what it was, he said, "hold on a minute..."  He went to the repair bay and moments later, reappeared with the exact tool I needed.  I was able to remove the two bolts right there and complete the job when I got back home.  Once again, I cannot say enough about the guys at MF Auto!  I am grateful they are in Knoxville, and will continue to bring my European cars to them for anything they need.
