I bought a Toyota hybrid from them and am very happy with both the car and the service they provided. They showed all key features of the car and we went for a test drive as well. I especially appreciate that the car is Japanese import, has fresh NCT and I was able to get extended warranty (1 year). They even delivered the car to my home 2.5 hours away.

The worst dealer I have met,I called them regarding a Honda fit at almost 5pm ,when their shop was about to be closed and we drew there and we liked a Honda fit but he insisted that we should give a deposit to hold the car and 500eur was given,he didn’t mention deposit was non refundable ,the next day morning I tried calling the insurance companies they said they won’t give the insurance as I have lack of driving exp ,and also they have limitations in giving insurance to Japanese imported cars,I told Ali the manager regarding it but he won’t give the deposit back! It’s a hard earned money but still he won’t give back !!Such a worst dealer !
