Bought a new car from O’Reilly & Sons but had a personal issue with an item on the car. I spoke with Gerry the manager and Paddy the Service Manager. After having my alternator replaced, the radio on my Qashqai did not work. The service consultant offered to allow me to pay extra to book the car in again even though there is a charge of 120 euros to check the system after the alternator was replaced. These theifs have seen the last of me.
