Best customer service I have ever experienced. I went to view a 2021 Skoda Octavia and was introduced to Sean. He showed me the car and when I spotted a few minor wear and tear marks on the car, he assured me that they would be dealt with before the sale was completed. Sean went above and beyond to ensure that the car was 100%, to my satisfaction, he was in constant communication throughout the process and he even worked out of hours on a Saturday morning to accommodate completing the sale. Sean Fitz a great salesman, true gentleman and top-class at customer service. From the moment we spoke and throughout the sales process he could not do enough to ensure I had the information I needed for the car I wanted. When I collected the car he was true to his word when he said the car would be spotless with some minor marks on the alloys fixed, fully serviced with a full tank of diesel. He even offered to drop the car to Kerry on his day off if it wasn't ready for the day of collection when I happend to be in Dublin. Thank You Sean! I had a major issue with my car and was very apprehensive about it. But Sheehys capable staff ( Dean) reassured me and ensures that there is no pressure on the customer. I really appreciate their dedication and commitment and I have my car like new now. A replacement car was provided during this period which helped me to carry out my duties without any interruptions
