I bought a 17 plate Mazda 6, back in June and I was treated like a human being from start to finish, the car went back and forth at the beginning with a few things not right,they gave us a car Everytime ours went back, and never a problem about not being covered onder warranty unlike the rest of the car dealers around,a great big thumbs up from me 👍👍 for my first car bought from them

- Parking is very limited, probably due to location also being used for CVRT
- Repeat visit to fix secondary issue caused by their own repair, had to push for it to be re-checked and fixed
- Third visit for different issue few weeks later, given wrong information and ended up having to go elsewhere for reliable info.

We had a very bad experience with Sheridan Kia. We went and bought an electric car on 19 of December and the car had a lot vibration a week later we brought the car two times for them to check and fixed they didn't fixed the car, still had the vibration. Before new year we brought the car back and it took 6 weeks for them to call us and tell that the car can't be fixed now, and they pushed for us to buy another car, in the end we said no we hit our price limit. I took till I threatened legal action to get our refund. It was two months and a number of problems before we could walk away with no car. We were extremely disappointed and let down by the whole experience. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Sheridan Kia Waterford to be careful and check the second hand cars fully.
