After many phone calls to other companies who just didn’t want to know. All they seemed to want ,was to get me off the phone. I called T-Met and after speaking with them for 1 minute I jumped in the Van to start the drive from Dublin. I was looking for most of a front end for my Sons 2019 Seat Leon. Sean spent about 40 minutes with me going through everything Item by item and also had a bit of a laugh too. This is proper customer service. These lads genuinely want to help you!!

Looking for a lot of front body parts for a facelift model A4 which I found very difficult to find all around the country. I travelled from the republic as there prices were by far the best and had everything I needed. the guy I was dealing with Saturday I can’t remember his name was extremely helpful and the staff were super friendly. He even threw in an extra part we Needed as we were waiting A little while as they were extremely busy and we had ordered a fair bit for them to gather so it was completely understandable. we then ordered a bumper and they delivered down to Kildare within a day with free delivery. I couldn’t recommend them enough. 👍

No better word for these than robbers. Ordered an engine for €800 that was checked against the car registration and the wrong one came 2 days later. Rang them consistently over the past two weeks only to be told “I’ll ring you back in 5 mins” and never hear from them again. Now they’re blatantly hanging up every time I call. Have filed a complaint under the Consumer Rights Act to get a refund as no one is responding to my calls or emails
