Very disappointed about the dealer. We took contact on Wednesday 23 October 2024 to buy a car Hyundai IX35. The dealer contacted us by phone and promised to deliver the car on Monday 28 October 2024 at 3 PM. We told him it was a bank Holiday, but he said NO PROBLEM we work 7 days a week also for delivery. We were waiting the driver from 2.45 PM till 5.20 PM and nobody came to deliver. I contacted the garage by phone several times, I also contacted the mobile several times, send message via WhatsApp at 3.52 PM and now at 5.25 PM message is even not read. It is a total lack of respect for people and there time.

Waiting 5 weeks on a van, we drove 2.5 hour's down paid the deposit and promised the van would be delivered no later than 2 weeks!!! Everytime we call someone passes the book on to someone else (that's if we get an answer) we were promised the van would be here last Friday no sign of it and then again told oh we can have it there on Monday and no sign of the van. No one will answer our calls or return our messages so we have to make the 2.5 hour drive back to try and retrieve our deposit. Stay away!

I deeply regret my decision to purchase a car from this dealer. After committing to the purchase and transferring the agreed-upon funds, I expected a smooth transaction. However, two months have passed, and I am still without the car or the necessary documentation or a refund.

My attempts to resolve the issue have been met with repeated delays and a string of broken promises. On multiple occasions, the dealer assured me of a refund, but has failed to follow through. Communication has been a consistent challenge; there have been periods of unresponsiveness and a general lack of accountability on their part. Having to take legal actions now to get my money back.

To others considering this dealer, I urge you to proceed with utmost caution. Perhaps even seek out more reputable dealers before making a commitment. My experience here has been frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.
