Fantastic customer service. Had an issue, rang them. They asked when suited me to call in. I said in the next 20 minutes and they said fine. Went down and had a coffee while they checked everything. All done and dusted in less than 30 minutes. Staff really lovely. Toyota all the way for me 😀

I recently had my car serviced at Toyota Liffey Valley, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I went in to have my car's infotainment system updated, and the team there did an outstanding job. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient.

The service team took the time to explain the process and assured me that the update would improve the system's performance—and they were absolutely right. After the update, my infotainment system is much more responsive, with smoother navigation and better overall functionality.

What impressed me the most was the speed and precision of the service. The job was done quickly without compromising on quality, and the communication throughout was excellent.

Very good service and quick.  The problem is that this time, brakes weren't checked because my front brake pads were worn out. When it is busy, some checks are done quick without proper attention.  I have booked some place else to get them replaced.

2nd, i left my car with an N plate. After i came back, it was missing.  I always take a picture of how i dropped the car 🚗

3rd i have a dash cam recorder and a microphone all were unplugged when i took the car. Good thing i checked before leaving.  In case of accident i wouldn't have any evidence

I recently visited Toyota Liffey Valley for a diagnostic service on my car, specifically for the gearbox and hybrid battery. I was quoted €140 for a thorough diagnosis, which I was willing to pay for expert advice. However, the experience turned out to be very disappointing.

After leaving my car with them, I was informed that all they had done was blow out a filter—something I could have easily done myself at home. There was no in-depth diagnostic service performed on the hybrid battery or gearbox as I had expected. Even worse, when it came to the gearbox, they simply advised me to visit a local mechanic because my car is a Japanese import, and they couldn’t offer any suggestions.

I was genuinely shocked to receive this response after paying €140. Not only was the service far from comprehensive, but I also left with no helpful advice on the issue I initially went in for. I would have expected much more from a professional dealership, especially from a brand like Toyota. Unfortunately, this experience was both frustrating and disappointing, and I feel like I didn’t receive value for what I paid.
