5 Star service! Reception & staff very friendly, Toyota Liffey Vslley provide free coffee, tea, drinks & biscuits while customers wait for their cars. Comfortable seating area, excellent service. Service area spotlessly clean with customers able to view service are through glass. A couple of suggestions, please provide seating at booking in area & when updating maps, start the map updates first before servicing the car as the map updates can be running in the background. The level of professionalism at Toyota Liffey Valley is very high; show room was clean and I was made feeling at ease, before engaging with sales representative, thanks to the welcome desk and coffee/tea equipped seated waiting area. The assistance offered with my purchase was exemplary, with questions centered on my needs and wishes rather than the products itself. I bought a second hand Mazda and traded in my old car; the deal was conducted on an open and fair level, leaving rooms for discussion which eventually led to a high degree of customer satisfaction. Very good service and quick.  The problem is that this time, brakes weren't checked because my front brake pads were worn out. When it is busy, some checks are done quick without proper attention.  I have booked some place else to get them replaced.

2nd, i left my car with an N plate. After i came back, it was missing.  I always take a picture of how i dropped the car 🚗

3rd i have a dash cam recorder and a microphone all were unplugged when i took the car. Good thing i checked before leaving.  In case of accident i wouldn't have any evidence
