Have my new toyota yaris cross hybrid a month now and although I was very anxious about the change to automatic Gary my salesman was brilliant and brought me out for test run and made me feel at ease.I absolutely love my yaris and Gary informed me that if I have any questions to drop in and they will oblige and as I am not good with manuals I intend to pop in soon!.Thanks for your patience Gary..

I've been trying all week to get my car in for the service they tell me is due, but nobody picks up, nobody calls back, and nobody seemingly gives a toss. They obviously benefit from being the only Toyota dealership for about 40 minutes in any direction, but with this attitude they're going to lose business

My recent service experience with them was pathetic. I left my car for service on 11th Sept and after constantly after following up after 2 weeks today 25th Sept. I got to speak to their manager Keith who said he is unsure why they didn’t look into it and also the Bluetooth music doesn’t stream in Avensis was a surprise to me as I have used it for 3 years. The person I was dealing with Mary from day 1; I find her to be just fooling me around stating that she’ll provide me an update and didn’t have any courtesy to update me on the issues. Highly disappointed and I’m not going again and I’ll also make sure that people I know will not take their car for service here.
