We bought a car from Paul last month. We found Paul great to deal with on the day .We returned to purchase another vehicle last week , unfortunately Paul wasn't there on the day but we were shown around by another member of staff   we had decided on a car and the guy we were dealing with passed the information on to Paul , Paul then came back to us with a trade price lower the we had talked about previously.  When we out linded this , we never got a response! That was a week ago ! Poor costumor service!!

Awful customer service today. REFUSED to take my car after having it towed over. All issues had been FULLY discussed when making appointment. Lots of excuses given. Will NEVER use again. The excuses in reply are untrue. The person I spoke to was FULLY aware of the situation. I even rang yesterday regarding the need to get a tow truck.
