The lands are enclosed by post and wire fencing / traditional stone wall boundaries, with mountain streams on the lands. Folio GY351F An area of land extending to 8.89 Hectares 21.96 acres of mountain grazing land. Folio GY90941F An area of land extending to 5.49 Hectares 13.56 acres of mountain grazing land. GRAZING RIGHTS ON GY351 Historically, the owner of these lands has been claiming a 1/10 share of 433 hectares of the Lettermore Na Coille providing him with 106.9 acres of grazing rights. This will be stated in the lease agreement. There will be a clause placed in the lease agreement stating this and protecting tenant from clawback.
