Hiring- HGV Driver

Location: Borris-in- Ossory Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across various locations, ensuring compliance with all transport regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: -Carry out deliveries and collections as per the assigned schedule. -Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. -Ensure all loads are secured correctly and comply with safety regulations. -Maintain accurate records, including delivery notes and driver logs. -Communicate effectively with the team and customers. -Adhere to all health and safety regulations and traffic laws. Requirements: -Valid HGV (C) license. -Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digital Tachograph Card. -Previous experience in an HGV driving role preferred. -Good knowledge of Irish road networks and transport regulations. -Strong time management and customer service skills. -Ability to handle long-distance or multi-drop deliveries as required.
