When it’s cut at the last leaf before heading out ( flag leaf): - it is a very digestible forage for milking cows. - It can deliver up to 1.8kg of milk per 1 kg of dry matter fed. - Typical analysis is 30-35%dry matter, D value 72-75, 11.3ME - Ideal for buffer feeding to milking cows.
