If required our other listings have that option. All our Hut frames are manufactured from the highly acclaimed 18mm Premium FSC Grade Wisa Spruce plywood (WBP) sourced from Finland. Now you can...We have taken all the hard work out for you! All CNC Cut Framework.. External dimensions are (W) 2.59m x (H) 2.618m constructed from Double Thickness 18mm WISA Structural Plywood, with a cross section of 100mm, this allows you to fill the cavity with your preferred choice of insulation etc. All Hut frames we manufacture are cnc cut and drilled for easy electrical wiring etc. All Hut frames include floor and roof joists. Internal sizes, Height Min 2059mm, Max 2418mm. Internal Width 2.39m. All vertical frames are set at 600mm centers. Other Sizes available in 600mm increments. With this precision CNC cut framework Kit, all you need to do is Assemble the components to construct the frames (all parts are numbered during the cnc cutting process and are virtually impossible to get wrong). All frames are joined together using the Tried and Tested Method of Tusk Tenon and Wedge Joints. Glue the Tenon Faces and just glue and tap in the wedges. Tools needed to complete the assembly :- Hammer to tap the wedges in. Powered screwdriver and 30mm wood screws or nail gun and nails. Approx 5 litres waterproof Glue (PVA or similar). Please note, this is a Standard Framework and does not come with door or window openings cut out, as there are too many configurations. So cut in your own where you need them.
