Weather Break Systems

Our weather breakers are the ideal system to keep your livestock sheltered and dry whilst still allowing ventilation. They are strong and durable as they are constructed from a PVC-coated polyester that will not rot, fray and is UV resistant. We custom manufacture our weather breakers to suit your exact opening. We have three main types of weather break systems to suit your specific needs: Semi- Fixed :Our semi-fixed weather break system is constructed using our aluminium box sections which hold the seam of the curtain on both vertical sides. Along with a multiple of heavy duty ratchets (depending on the size of the opening) which are secured to the aluminium box section and then to your uprights using a hook and webbing, this allows the user to install their weather break in a matter of minutes and in turn remove it in a matter of seconds. Sliding System :The sliding system is constructed in the same fashion as the semi-fixed system, but also has the addition of a robust trolley and steel sliding system, to allow the user to unfasten the curtain, and slide it to the side to gain access to the building. Depending on your needs this curtain can be slid from left to right, right to left or in both directions. Vertical Roll Up :Using a proven 7-1 manual gearbox and crank, with a galvanised barrel system our roll weather breaks are ideal where unhindered access is needed. The curtain can be raised and lowered, as required and metal stays ensure it remains wind-proof.
