The Secur 500 can cover fences up to 50km (275)acres). Its I-Pulse technology makes batteries last 10 times longer as its operates normally in eco mode and only sends the maximum energy on the pulse when it detects animal contact on the line. Additionally when the unit senses constant contact such as vegetation or grass growing on the line it will switch to standard full power to burn it off and will revert back to eco mode when contact has stopped.
