Very happy with the after-sales service, where an issue developed within a couple of days with a chainsaw bar (heat generated while cutting hardwood, causing bar to split). They worked to find a solution and replaced it with an improved version of bar, free of charge.

Recently bought a trailer from McHales and cannot recommend them enough! Trailer is top quality and service was brilliant, dealing with Tom made it so easy and the delivery was so handy, will definitely be back!
