Hi folks, I recently purchased a used hedgecutter off Alexander Mills.The service and customer support via email and phone was 100%. Very prompt delivery less then a week from payment. Their service and quality machines are very good for a small farmer like myself. Their delivery driver Aiden 100% gentleman and great lad on the small roads. Thanks again Alexander mills. Service very slow, plenty of selection and parts availability but very difficult to get the relevant person and especially if they can take a phone call rather than deal with a customer actually standing at the counter.

I walked into the shop at 8.20 in the morning late last week looking to buy a chainsaw, strimmer and discuss buying a replacement for my ride on mower. There was no-one in the shop when I went in, but I yelled hello a few times and stood over beside the door to avoid upsetting/startling someone. I should say that the lights were on in the shop, and the door was open. An employee came in, I asked them if I could speak to someone about a chainsaw but before I could say anything further I was told (shouted at really) to get out that the shop wasn't open until 8.30am. I stood there for a second or two trying to work out if he was messing but he repeated again to get out but this time a bit louder. I left and took my 3+grands worth of business to another supplier on the Navan Fort Road. Perhaps the employee in question that I dealt with was having a bad morning, didn't like my type (Leinster accent) and thought I was casing the joint, regardless no need for that level of ignorance. I live locally to Benburb, but I will never ever cross the door for anything again.
