Fantastic. Wide selection of parts for all models. Ordered my parts and got an expected arrival date. Mark from customer services got onto me and explained that there was a slight delay with the order and asked if I'd like to follow through with the order (I was ordering for an older machine). I acknowledged same and explained that once it arrived within the month and all was sorted I'd be happy out. Sure enough the order arrived within the month and everything is fitted and working well. Thanks for throwing in the spark plug, very much appreciated (even got the model spot on; now most places wouldn't do that). Will be using the website soon again no doubt.

I ordered an air filter online for a consaw, and it arrived very quickly, unfortunately it was the wrong size. However, on contacting Shane at lawnmower parts online, we figured out the right size filter and he posted out the correct filter without hesitation. Arrived next day. excellent after sales service, will definitely deal with again, thanks!
