Buying from here for a few years. Stuff for the garage and garden.  Always good value and prompt delivery.  Had my first issue with a product I bought end of January.  Sent them on a photo of the broken part. Technician phoned me the next day. Went through the issue. Very helpful.  Sent me on a replacement part the next day but also gave me the option of bringing to them to replace.  Very impressed by the professional attitude.  Thanks guys. David R

25€ for delivery for an item that was in stock, no info to say it would need a special delivery, had to chase for an update, promised delivery by Feb 26th, no delivery showed and had to chase again. Eventually showed when I asked for a refund.

Regarding the response below, it was still a day late from the promised delivery with no contact about rescheduling until I demanded a refund and suddenly it was on the van.
