Plasma Cutting Machine

Kerf Developments have two RUR cutting machines that will be available in the coming weeks that have been through complete factory refurbishments. They are an RUR2500p and an RUR3500p. The RUR is a very reliable heavy duty plasma cutting machine. The machines are fitted as standard with the highly regarded Burny 10 LCD control system, INOVA electronic torch height control and heavy duty cutting tables. Options are also available for fume extraction and filtration systems. CADCAM and nesting software is also available as part of the turnkey package if required. The machines are available with a choice of ex-demonstration and new plasma units. These are the latest Lincoln Electric Fineline plasma unit with 170amps or 300amps systems able to pierce and cut 30mm and 45mm mild steel respectively. The units can generate best in class plasma cuts with UltraSharp quality. The RUR machines that are available include :- RUR2500P with a 4,000mm x 2,000mm cutting area. RUR3500P with a 6,000mm x 3,000mm cutting area. Either of the machines can be supplied with a longer cut length and tables if required. This would allow you benefit from pendulum loading which can increase throughput significantly. If there is a specific machine size that you are looking for then please let us know.
