Rang today to get some advice on my non starting King Quad. The gentleman in service was very helpful and steered me to the problem.
I have now ordered the necessary parts to fix it.
In my estimation this is really excellent service. I wasn't even asked if I purchased the quad from their company.

Absolute shambles of a place.
My father left a hedge trimmers in for "new" blade and when it was picked up he noticed it was second hand blade.
He returned it to them and was told it would be another week before he got it back.
Week later he picked it up and was charged €45 for service!! (A spark plug) 🙄
Stay away at all costs

Ordered parts that were listed as "in stock" on website, they took a full two weeks to be delivered. Communication is basically none existent, emails not replied to. Each phone call took about 4 attempts before a call back was received, told me parts had left their shop 3 times before they actually left with a courier. Would not order again.
