Anyone can sell new equipment, it's when things go wrong and how it's dealt with is when you sort the good from the bad. Coughlans were excellent in dealing with a new mower I purchased there, which unfortunately had issues. They kept me informed, chased up the status. Resolved the issue as quick as they could. That is customer care.

Fantastic place! Staff are very friendly and really take the time to explain things to a “Newbie with a big garden”!! Met Roy both times and he could not have been more helpful, from start to collection. Called in next day to collect 3 big items as arranged (ready/assembled) at the door. was also given a demo by Roy, on how to operate all of them & fuel/additives to use. Never felt rushed in any of my questions or made to buy a product that was overkill for my needs. Highly recommended and I will be back for more soon!
