Comfrey Bocking 4

Comfrey Bocking 4- Comfrey is a mineral accumulator as it’s roots go deep into the subsoil and pull up the minerals into the plant. It’s common name is bone knit. Bocking 4 is a non-invasive comfrey that is best for fodder than any other varieties as it is more palatable for animals. There are some claims that it is higher in protein but that has not been tested. My birds readily eat it. It only spreads via cuttings. Does not send lateral roots or seeds either so easy to keep in check unlike normal comfrey. Picture is of mother plant not the individual plants for sale. As far as I know I am the only one offering this for sale here in Ireland. I am offering single plants for €10 each. The plants are fairly slow to reproduce but are pretty productive per plant.
